Shakti Kapoor’s son Siddhant Kapoor has been caught in massive drugs controversy. He has been detained in Bengaluru after he was found allegedly consuming drugs at a party on Sunday night, reports India Today. The cops were reportedly working on a tip-off and after raiding the party, several samples of suspected people were sent for checking.
And Siddhant Kapoor’s sample tested positive for drugs, among six others. ETimes reached out to Shakti Kapoor but he did not take our calls till the time of publishing this article. Siddhant Kapoor has worked as an assistant director on films like ‘Bhagam Bhag’, ‘Chup Chup Ke’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’. While he has featured in Bollywood movies like ‘Jazbaa’, ‘Haseena Parkar’ and ‘Chehre’.
Recently, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan was given a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau, after he was arrested in a cruise drugs bust case last year. He spent nearly a month in jail last year and was let out on bail. The NCB’s chargesheet in the matter, dismissed the case against Aryan Khan, citing ‘lack of sufficient evidence’.
